About us

RGS is looking for a materials scientist to support the development team. The material scientist takes ownership of the know-how and further development of the RGS process, as well as the Materials and connection technology aspects of Thermagy. The materials scientist reports to the COO.

Your role

  • Initiating process improvements for the RGS process at the existing platform
  • Participating in Thermagy customer projects
  • Process development for the next generation development platform
  • Maintain and expand relevant process knowledge
  • Product and material characterization

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Material Science or Materials Engineering
  • Work experience in a process development / material development
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Excellent skills to gather and represent information in written and visual form
  • Fluent in English
  • Result oriented, enthusiastic, team player and able to work independently
  • Experience in silicon processing is considered as a pre
  • Experience in the electricity generation or electricity storage considered as a pre
