Technical Recruiter (IT Hiring)
• Responsible for the End to End recruitment process. Experience in niche hiring.
• Strong in sourcing profiles from different mediums like LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook, technical
• Own the whole tech recruitment process, from point of contact to contract signing (and first
• Good in managing the stakeholders & leadership team for recruitment process
• Using different sourcing mix like employee referral programs, social media recruitment.
• Ensuring a healthy pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies
• Very target driven and high in energy.
• Preparing and sharing the Talent Acquisition reports and analytics
• Prior experience of hiring DevOps, Cloud, Security folks would be a plus
• Prior experience working in recruitment company would an added advantage
