Your role

The timing couldn’t be better. With local elections in the rear-view mirror, officials have their agendas/policies in place and are ready to take action. This is your chance to ride the wave of momentum, introducing game-changing solutions that truly make a difference.

Own Your Region

Be the master of your territory—whether it’s Wallonia or Flanders. You’ll take charge of outbound efforts, develop your own plans, and strategically engage decision-makers at municipalities and communes. This is your playground, and you’ll drive the action.

Make Every Meeting Count

You’ll hit the road to meet mayors, police chiefs, mobility managers, and local government officials—the people making real decisions that shape communities. You’ll thrive on creating human connections in real-life that drive change. Whilst face to face meetings are super important, you’ll form part of our sales team who value time together in the office.

Leverage Proven Tools

You’ll have established playbooks, finely-tuned Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and cutting-edge solutions in your toolkit. All you need is your energy and drive to turn meetings into deals.

Be Solution-Driven

Your goal? Show local governments how our innovative solutions make their work easier, their processes smoother, and their communities safer. With the recent local elections behind us, budgets are being reset and officials are eager to make an impact.


Your profile

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 5 years of success in sales, preferably within GovTech or B2G (Business-to-Government). You’re comfortable navigating the complexities of government stakeholders and are skilled at dealing with the decision-makers who align with our ICP.
  • Energy and Charisma: You thrive on building in-person relationships and have the knack for making every meeting memorable.
  • Autonomy and Drive: You’re a self-starter who loves owning the process—from planning your outreach to closing the deal.
  • Strategic Insight: You understand the agendas and policies shaping Belgium’s municipalities, and you know how to align solutions with their goals.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Challenges excite you. You focus on how to solve problems, not just point them out.
  • Local Expertise: Fluency in Dutch or French (depending on your region) as well as a good level of English.

About us

Together with our growing team of InTouchers, we support cities, municipalities, and police zones with SaaS software for traffic enforcement. We are very proud of the strong growth of our InTouch software in the mobility market in recent years and are therefore looking for new InTouchers to join our team.
