The Sales Executive is part of the SaaS Go-To-Market team and reports to the Sales Director or CRO. The Sales Executive responsibilities include pursuing new prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. He/she will reach out to potential customers, no matter what channel, to demonstrate our solutions and services. Ultimately, he/she helps us to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

In this role you will:
- Contribute in a SaaS sales customer-centric methodology
- Familiarize yourself with key concepts in customs compliance ‘Jobs to be Done’
- Actively follow-up on SQL, scheduling a discovery or demo call
- Listen to the clients and understand the client needs and pains
- Liaise with referral and strategic partners
- Show how our solution and services solve the needs and pains by preparing and delivering presentations and demos
- Understand the client purchasing process and assist the client through this process
- Prepare and deliver Request for Proposals and Quotations
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Schedule and follow-up the onboarding handover to Customer Success Team
