As our Commercial Operations & Customer Success Lead, you will play a critical role in professionalizing and scaling Soverin's commercial and operational foundation. You will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, overseeing contracts and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and governance standards are met, and driving operational efficiency across the business.
This is a senior, cross-functional position offering significant responsibility and visibility across the organization.
As Commercial Operations & Customer Success Lead, you are responsible for ensuring that Soverin operates professionally, compliantly and commercially at scale. You own and support the commercial backbone of the business, including customer and partner relationships, contract management, tenders, procurement, compliance initiatives, invoicing, forecasting and operational governance.
You will work closely with the CEO, management team and shared services teams within The Sharing Group.
Commercial Operations & Business Administration
- Own, manage and continuously improve commercial processes, controls and administration;
- Coordinate invoicing, contract administration and commercial reporting activities;
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes;
- Monitor commercial performance, customer profitability and key business KPIs;
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and operational execution;
- Act as the commercial operational liaison towards Finance, HR and Legal teams within The Sharing Group.
Procurement, Tenders & Contract Management
- Lead public and private tenders, RFPs and customer procurement processes;
- Own the full contract lifecycle for customers, suppliers and partners;
- Coordinate contract negotiations, renewals and commercial reviews;
- Monitor contractual obligations, SLAs, commitments and associated risks;
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities;
- Ensure all commercial and legal documentation remains accurate, current and compliant.
Customer Success & Strategic Account Management
- Own relationships with strategic customers and partners;
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention and long-term value creation;
- Coordinate customer onboarding, renewals and account review processes;
- Act as the escalation point for key accounts;
- Identify customer needs, growth opportunities and commercial improvements.
Compliance, Governance & Risk
- Coordinate ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 activities;
- Support audits, penetration tests, certifications and governance initiatives;
- Work closely with the CISO on compliance and risk management activities;
- Coordinate follow-up actions resulting from audits, assessments and penetration tests;
- Support sustainability, governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Corporate Affairs & Executive Support
- Support the CEO on strategic projects and business initiatives;
- Prepare board-level presentations, business cases and strategic proposals;
- Represent Soverin during customer meetings, industry events and conferences;
- Act as backup spokesperson when required.
