Your role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Developer Enabler to join our team. As a Developer Enabler at Cymo, you will be responsible for:

Transferring technical knowledge about Event-Driven Architecture to development teams
Explaining Event-Driven Architecture from all perspectives within the organization
Participating directly with development teams to identify and address pain points
Empowering teams to continue independently through deep hands-on coaching

Your profile

You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar by experience, but the most important are your skillset, ambition, and drive
You have experience in coding languages (Java, Rust, …) and in software engineering
Familiarity with message brokers and event streaming platforms, especially Confluent Kafka
Strong understanding of extreme programming practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
