Update COVID-19: Is it still possible to apply?

We understand that the current pandemic is raising many questions at this time. It is a period in which everything suddenly comes into question and few certainties are guaranteed. At the same time, this is a period of pioneering, experimenting and exploring new possibilities. New situations bring out a lot in people, and fortunately also many positive things. The same holds for us; we moved our business to our colleagues' home in no time and are working full speed from there.

Are companies still looking for new talent?

Absolutely. We have spoken to the majority of our customers and nearly 8 out of 10 vacancies remain open. Some companies are in need of extra hands more than ever before. So do apply for the vacancies that suit you and your life.

What does the application process look like?

Of course, we will not ask you to appear on-site for an interview—all interviews are currently conducted by telephone or video calling.

Will I always be contacted?

The &Work process remains the same as you were used to. This means that if a company indicates that it would like to get in touch with you, we will approach you. (This also means that if you do not hear from us, this has not been the job for you.) We will then discuss the application process with you by telephone.

Can I start immediately?

Whether you can start immediately depends entirely on the employer. As a result of the current situation, sometimes the starting date has not yet been determined, but the offer remains the same. There are also companies where you can start directly on (a safe) location.
