How do you screen applicants?

Every candidate proposal you receive through the services of &Work (applied or nominated by &Work) has a complete profile in our database. We get to know the candidates well through a thorough telephone intake interview and any follow-up interviews. We draw up a profile that is as complete and accurate as possible. Consider, for example, (salary) expectations, ambitions, (work) experience, contract form and duration, private situation, any other application processes and customer-specific wishes (for example: willingness to travel for work). At the time of an application process, we maintain close contact with candidates and update this profile where necessary.
